The existing building is a structural metal building. The reroofing process required installing EPS insulation between the metal roof ribs and then completely covering the roof with a layer of 1 1/2″ polyisocynurate insulation. Over the insulation, a 40 mil, Duro-Last roof system was installed.

Permanent roof top anchors were installed on this roof for future fall protection safety when maintenance workers needed to access the roof.
