The existing roof was a Spray Foam roof system that had failed.  The Spray Foam was scrapped smooth and new fanfold insulation underlayment installed over it.   A new 50 mil, mechanically attached “Duro-Last” Roof System was then installed over the fanfold.  This roof system comes with a Manufacturer’s twenty-year nonprorated warranty for labor and materials.
