Derek HeinsVice President of Operations Having grown up in the shadow of the roofing and contracting business and working summers and holidays as a youth, no doubt formed a strong work ethic. Derek became licensed as a builder in the state of Michigan in 2005 and a licensed roofing contractor in the State of Florida in 2006. He has successfully completed numerous O.S.H.A. Safety Programs, as well as N.R.C.A.’s Train the Trainer Course. Maintains a C.D.L., First Aid and CPR certifications. He has received numerous awards for quality and service from leading manufacturers. Currently maintains an average quality control score for Duro-Last Roof Systems of 98%. He has successfully completed courses 101, 201, and 301 for accreditation from Green Roofs for Healthy Cities. Derek emphasizes safety and quality control in all of Superior’s roofing operations. |

Kathy has received advanced training in all aspects of residential roofing and siding applications. Successfully completed numerous training programs including GAF-ELK Roof Systems Center For The Advancement Of Roofing Excellence, Air-Vent Inc. Gregory T. FitzsimonsCommercial & Residential Roof Consultant Graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction Management. Also has completed and holds an OSHA 30 hour card for continuing education in health and safety for the construction industry. Greg has a deep passion for the construction process starting from conceptual design all the way through project closeout. Favorite thing about the industry is getting to speak with various clients and contractors and building relationships with people from multiple surroundings and backgrounds. Prior to joining Superior Services R.S.H., Inc. full time, Greg has had office and field experience in both the residential and commercial construction industries working on multiple projects throughout the Midwest and Southeastern United States. Through the use of CPM scheduling and by developing a strong relationship with field operations Greg is able to help keep daily activities running smoothly and efficiently. |
