Robert S. Heins: President             Actively involved in the roofing and construction field since 1973.  Became licensed as a Residential Builder in 1974. Founded Superior Service & Repair in 1975, a full service residential and light commercial building contractor. Incorporated in 1984 to Superior Services R.S.H., Inc., a full service Commercial and Residential Roofing Contractor. Over the past 32+ years Mr. Heins has received numerous awards for quality and service from numerous roofing manufacturers and trade associations. Continually evolving with the industry and remaining on the cutting edge of technology are “Superior’s” hallmarks. Since 1992 Superior Services has specialized in sustainable roof systems. Offering their clients the ability to positively effect the environment and, at the same time, resolve their roofing issues.
Derek Heins Vice President of Operations             Having grown up in the shadow of the roofing and contracting business and working summers and holidays as a youth, no doubt formed a strong work ethic. Derek became licensed as a builder in the state of Michigan in 2005 and a licensed roofing contractor in the State of Florida in 2006.  He has successfully completed numerous O.S.H.A. Safety Programs, as well as N.R.C.A.’s Train the Trainer Course. Maintains a C.D.L., First Aid and CPR certifications. He has received numerous awards for quality and service from leading manufacturers. Currently maintains an average quality control score for Duro-Last Roof Systems of 98%. He has successfully completed courses 101, 201, and 301 for accreditation from Green Roofs for Healthy Cities.  Derek emphasizes safety and quality control in all of Superior’s roofing operations.
David A. Bradke Commercial Sales Division             Former CPA for twelve years specializing in the construction industry. Over fifteen years of Commercial, Industrial, and Municipal Roofing Sales expertise. Numerous awards, certifications, and accreditations from major roof system manufacturers, the National Roofing Contractors Association and GAF-ELK. Acting member, Contractor Advisory Board for Duro-Last Roofing, Inc. Mr. Bradke’s ability to combine high performance roof system specifications along with his understanding of life cycle cost analysis, federal tax credits and utility incentives, provide Superior Services and its clients a unique benefit not commonly found in the roofing industry.
Katherine E. Compton Operations Manager             Has been employed with Superior Services since 1984.  Experienced in all phases of office, computers, and accounting operations. Kathy has successfully completed numerous training programs including GAF-ELK Roof Systems Center For The Advancement Of Roofing Excellence, Air-Vent Inc. Ventilation Certification, and Alcoa Home Exterior Comprehensive Pro-Train Seminar. Presently coordinates residential and commercial scheduling, material allocation, and resources. Actively involved in customer service and sales.
Lisa Hatt Office Manager             Employed with Superior Services since April of 2004. Actively involved in the residential and commercial construction trades for over twenty-one years. Proficient in all aspects of accounting, office administration, receivables and payables. Presently in charge of all office procedures and protocols for the Michigan and Florida locations.
