This project required a complete removal of the existing concrete covered foam insulation system before a new roof system could be installed. Working around the roof top units provided a difficult challenge. Prefabricated curb flashings by Duro-Last provided an easy solution for this challenge. New insulation was laid in place and then a complete Duro-Last roof system was installed. Pavers were then laid down on top of the Duro-Last membrane to provide access to the roof top units for servicing purposes.
