• Conserve energy.
• Extend the service life of the Roof System.
Sustainable Roof Examples:
• Highly Reflective “Cool Roof” Systems.

Calvary Baptist Church – 825 N. Cochran – Charlotte, Michigan
The existing roof on the church building consisted of a layer of dimensional shingles. The roof pitch was too low for shingles and resulted in continuous problems with the shingle roof. Our solution was to remove the shingles and install a new Tan colored Duro-Last Roof System, mechanically attached to the deck. Ridge vent was used at the roof peaks to allow for proper attic space ventilation. The result was a aesthetically pleasing roof that provided all the church’s needs, complete with a Manufacturer’s 15-year Labor and Materials warranty.
