Calvary Baptist Church – 825 N. Cochran – Charlotte, Michigan

The existing roof on the church building consisted of a layer of dimensional shingles.  The roof pitch was too low for shingles and resulted in continuous problems with the shingle roof.  Our solution was to remove the shingles and install a new Tan colored Duro-Last Roof System, mechanically attached to the deck.  Ridge vent was used at the roof peaks to allow for proper attic space ventilation.  The result was a aesthetically pleasing roof that provided all the church’s needs, complete with a Manufacturer’s 15-year Labor and Materials warranty.

Tecumseh District Library – 215 N. Ottawa Street – Tecumseh, Michigan

The existing roof system consisted of a ballasted EPDM membrane that was shrinking and tearing.  The rock ballast and the top layer of EPDM membrane was removed.  A layer of insulation was added and a new Duro-Last Roof System installed.  The existing skylight curbs were too low to the roof line to allow for proper flashing.  Our scope of work included raising the curbs and then flashing the curbs with prefabricated Duro-Last curb flashings.

Bob Evans Restaurant – 23729 Michigan Avenue – Dearborn, Michigan

This project required a complete removal of the existing concrete covered foam insulation system before a new roof system could be installed.  Working around the roof top units provided a difficult challenge.  Prefabricated curb flashings by Duro-Last provided an easy solution for this challenge.  New insulation was laid in place and then a complete Duro-Last roof system was installed.  Pavers were then laid down on top of the Duro-Last membrane to provide access to the roof top units for servicing purposes.
