Choose Your Track

• Laborer / Apprentice – Learn the trade while working alongside experienced commercial roofers.
• Roof Mechanic – Use your roofing skills to install and repair commercial roof systems as part of a production crew.
• Foreman – Lead a production crew and take responsibility for safe, productive, high-quality installation.
• Service Technician – Work alongside a Service Tech Lead on a two-person service crew, helping investigate roof problems, complete repairs, and maintain commercial roofs.
• Service Tech Lead – Lead a two-person service crew, diagnose leaks and roofing problems, determine and complete repairs, document conditions, and communicate with customers.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your track and experience, you’ll:

• Install, maintain, or repair commercial roofing systems
• Work safely and help keep every jobsite safe
• Produce quality work and leave roofs watertight
• Use roofing tools, equipment, and materials properly
• Work as part of a team to get the job done efficiently
• Take on greater responsibility as your skills and experience grow

These responsibilities reflect the progression from entry-level roofing work, to skilled installation, crew leadership, and commercial roof service contained in the underlying positions.

No roofing experience is required for entry-level positions. For experienced positions, we’re looking for demonstrated commercial roofing, leadership, or service skills appropriate to the track you select.

Pay

$20–$40 per hour, depending on the position, experience, and demonstrated skill level.

Your experience matters. Candidates with commercial roofing experience, advanced installation or repair skills, leadership experience, or strong service and diagnostic abilities may qualify for higher-level positions and compensation.
