This position is ideal for experienced roofers ready to advance their skills while supporting Foremen and mentoring Trainees. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team focused on quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Install single-ply heat-weldable commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, and similar membranes
• Perform skilled detail work such as corners, penetrations, edge metals, and terminations
• Assist the Foreman with executing job plans, maintaining productivity, and mentoring junior crew members
• Operate hand tools, heat welders, and other roofing equipment safely and efficiently
• Participate in daily job setup, tear-off, staging, and final cleanup
• Identify and report any safety or quality concerns to the Foreman
• Represent Superior Services R.S.H., Inc. with integrity and professionalism on every job site

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience installing commercial single-ply roofing systems (TPO, PVC, etc.)
• Proficiency with heat-weldable membranes and performing detailed installation work
• Ability to read basic job drawings and follow instructions from a Foreman
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in quality craftsmanship
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
• Valid driver’s license preferred (Chauffeur or CDL license a plus)
• Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18 to $28 an hour

Schedule: Day Shift, Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the Road, Based out of our Lansing, MI headquarters
