We are looking for roofing experts—installers, estimators, foremen, project managers—who know the trade inside and out. You bring the roofing knowledge; we’ll teach you the sales process.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Represent Superior Services RSH with potential clients, bringing credibility through your roofing knowledge.
  • Conduct roof inspections and explain findings to customers in plain language.
  • Guide clients through the sales process with honesty and professionalism.
  • Identify opportunities for roof repairs, replacements, and long-term service programs.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
  • Grow your referral network and contribute to our strong reputation in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Commercial roofing experience (installer, foreman, estimator, project manager, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to use ladders and perform roof inspections.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to follow a proven process.
  • A positive, ambitious attitude and willingness to learn sales.
  • Comfort with technology (CRM, mobile apps, email).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.

  • Base pay is provided during training to help you transition into sales.
  • Once training is complete, you will move into a commission-only structure where your income is driven by your effort, skill, and determination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Commission-based Sales, Typical compensation ranges between $70,000 and $200,000 per year with no hard cap on earning potential

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Work Location: On the road, Operating out of the Grand Rapids, MI area
