Position Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial flat roofing preferred.
  • Proven leadership or management experience in service, field operations, or project management.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to diagnose roofing issues and identify opportunities for preventive maintenance and long-term value.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using service tracking or project management software.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead & Support the Team: Supervise and mentor service technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Build long-term trust with clients through clear communication, timely service, and dependable follow-through.
  • Promote a Proactive Service Mindset: Encourage your team to look for ways to extend roof life and reduce customer risk — offering meaningful recommendations that add value
  • Ensure Quality & Accountability: Review reports, photos, and estimates to ensure accuracy and adherence to Superior’s standards.
  • Manage Workflow: Schedule and prioritize service calls, dispatch crews efficiently, and monitor progress to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Drive Improvement: Identify opportunities for process, safety, and performance enhancement across the service department.
