Join the award-winning team at Superior Services R.S.H., Inc., Michigan’s #1 Duro-Last roofing installer, as a full-time, on-site Construction Accountant. This critical role supports financial operations for public and private construction projects, reporting directly to the President.‍

What You’ll Do

• Manage AP/AR, payroll (including certified payroll), and general ledger
• File monthly, quarterly, and annual tax forms (940, 941, 2200, UIA, withholding & sales tax)
• Work with outside CPA to review financial statements and tax returns
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain financial records
• Prepare financial reports: job costing, cash flow, WIP, and more
• Review public bid contracts and prepare complete bid submittal packages
• Submit AIA forms, sworn statements, and certified payroll to general contractors
• Coordinate subcontractor payments and billing documentation

What You Bring

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with construction accounting preferred
• Sage 50 US (Peachtree) expertise preferred
• Familiarity with public bid procedures and AIA billing
• Bachelor’s in accounting
• Strong Excel and organizational skills

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
