Field Superintendent - Commercial Roofing (TPO/PVC)

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing PVC and TPO flat roofing installations. If you’ve worked as a foreman or lead installer on single-ply systems and you’re ready to level up, we want to talk.

✓ No overnight travel. All work is in Michigan.

✓ Not an office job — you’ll be out in the field daily.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise field crews on commercial roofing installations
• Ensure safety compliance, production efficiency, and workmanship quality
• Coordinate with office staff, sales team, and vendors for smooth job execution
• Conduct pre-job meetings and daily progress check-ins
• Monitor material usage, site logistics, and crew performance
• Use mobile tools to document job progress and communication

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience with commercial PVC or TPO single-ply roofing
• Experience as a crew foreman, field supervisor, or similar lead role
• Solid understanding of flat roof system installation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record required

Applicants without single-ply roofing experience will not be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000 to $85,000 per year

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday through Friday

Work Location: On the Road, Based out of our Lansing, MI headquarters
